The Asia-Pacific Consortium of Researchers and Educators (APCORE) and UCSI University invite researchers, scholars, innovators, health and technology practitioners, policymakers, and students to submit abstracts of research papers or technological innovations and register as delegates to the upcoming ICON–IRCPAS 3.0.
