APCORE Organizational Structure

The Asia-Pacific Consortium of Researchers and Educators (APCORE) is organized to ensure effective governance, clear decision making, and operational efficiency. Its structure is composed of the following components:

APCORE Chairman
The Chairman provides leadership and strategic direction. The Chairman presides over the Executive Board and represents APCORE in external engagements while ensuring that the mission and vision of the consortium are realized.
APCORE International Advisory Board
The International Advisory Board advises the Executive Board on strategic directions. It is composed of nine scholars, industry leaders, and institutional representatives who contribute expertise and guidance to strengthen APCORE’s agenda.
APCORE Executive Director
The Executive Director manages APCORE’s programs and initiatives. The role ensures that activities are aligned with the consortium’s objectives and that implementation across departments is coordinated effectively.
APCORE Managing Director
The Managing Director oversees daily operations, working with the Executive Director to execute strategic plans and maintain efficiency in all organizational activities.
Management Committee
The Management Committee directs core operational functions of APCORE:

Secretariat manages administrative operations, records, and communication.

Finance Committee oversees budgeting, reporting, and financial sustainability.

Promotions Committee develops strategies to promote programs and initiatives.

Public Relations Committee manages communication and media relations.

Web and Social Media Manager maintains APCORE’s digital presence and platforms.

Events Committee organizes conferences, workshops, and academic gatherings.

Committees and Working Groups
Specialized committees and working groups address specific areas such as research, education, partnerships, and member services. These bodies work in alignment with the Management Committee to carry forward APCORE’s objectives and programs.
